That’s where you come in.\nThe Challenge to Solve\nWe're at the start of an exciting new chapter for Slice in Kosovo. With a new Inside Sales team taking shape in Prishtina, there's a real opportunity to build something special from day one.\nBut first, we need to get people talking about Slice. We're looking for someone who can bring our story to life, get creative about how we connect with local talent and help us build a team people are genuinely excited to join.\nThe Role\nAs our Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead recruitment for our growing Inside Sales team, while supporting other hiring needs as the business evolves.\nYou'll own the hiring process from start to finish, working closely with hiring managers to find great people and create a brilliant candidate experience.\nYou'll also help put Slice on the map in Kosovo. From social media and employer branding campaigns to recruitment events, open days and local partnerships, you'll bring creative ideas and the energy to make them happen.\nKey focus areas include:\nOwn end-to-end recruitment, primarily for Inside Sales, alongside other business hiring needs.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver against hiring plans.\n\nBuild strong talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking and creative outreach.\n\nGrow Slice's employer brand in Kosovo through social media, content and recruitment campaigns.\n\nOrganise recruitment events, open days and career fairs to connect with local talent.\n\nBuild relationships with universities, local communities and professional networks.\n\nDeliver a warm, engaging candidate experience from first contact through to offer.\n\nUse recruitment data and market insights to improve our hiring approach.\n\nWork with the wider TA team to share ideas and continuously improve how we recruit.\n\nThe Team\nYou'll join our Global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition.\nWe're a collaborative, data-driven team that cares about delivering great hiring outcomes and candidate experiences. You'll have the support of an established global team, with plenty of room to bring your own ideas and shape how we attract talent in Kosovo.\nThe Winning Recipe\nExperience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally in high-volume or commercial hiring.\n\nConfidence managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer.\n\nGood knowledge of the Kosovo talent market and how to reach local candidates.\n\nA creative approach to employer branding, social media and candidate attraction.\n\nExperience organising recruitment events, campaigns or local talent initiatives.\n\nStrong relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.\n\nOrganised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.\n\nComfortable using recruitment data and an ATS to manage hiring activity.\n\nExcellent written and spoken English.\n\nA hands-on, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for trying new things.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience recruiting Inside Sales or contact centre teams.\n\nExisting relationships with universities or talent communities in Kosovo.\n\nExperience with Greenhouse or recruitment marketing tools.\n\nExperience working in a global business.\n\nThe Extras\nAt Slice, you'll have the opportunity to help build something new in Prishtina, with the backing of an established global business.\nWe'll share more about the benefits available for this role during the hiring process.\nSlice is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
