under the guidance of the Regional Infrastructure Manager, this position is crucial in ensuring infrastructure availability across regional offices, datacentres, remote sites, and cloud workload.\nMAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDuties and responsibilities would include:\nCore Infrastructure Engineering\nTroubleshoot infrastructurerelatedissuesby providing 3rdline support tosupporting functions.\n\nMaintainbothon-premand cloudServer environments (Windows2016/2019/2022), including installation, configuration,Patch managementand lifecycle management.\n\nManage Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, OU structure, replication.\n\nSupport hybrid identity (AAD Connect, Cloud Sync), MFA, Conditional Access, and identity governance baselines.\n\nDeploy, maintain, and troubleshoot virtualisation platforms (VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V).\n\nPerform server builds, OS hardening, patching, software deployment, and configuration baseline enforcement.\n\nSupport Back up and DR functions.\n\nAzure & Cloud Infrastructure\nSupport Azure VMs, storage accounts, VNets, NSGs, load balancers, recovery vaults.\n\nMaintain Azure backup & site recovery (ASR) configurations and replication health.\n\nAssist with AVD, image management, FSLogix profiles, and session host maintenance.\n\nMonitor cloud resource performance, cost, and security posture.\n\nStorage, Backup & DR\nAdminister SAN/NAS platforms (NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, Synology, or equivalent).\n\nManage storage provisioning, LUNs, shares, quotas, snapshots, and performance tuning.\n\nOperate backup systems (Veeam, Rubrik, Commvault, Azure Backup):\n\nContribute to disaster recovery testing, documentation, and RPO/RTO validation.\n\nNetworking & Connectivity (Infrastructure-Focused)\nSupport network operations where required by region:\n\nVLAN management.\n\nSwitch configuration (Cisco, HP, Meraki, UniFi).\n\nFirewall rule updates and packet tracing (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco ASA).\n\nSD-WAN/VPN monitoring and troubleshooting.\n\nPerform connectivity diagnostics for servers, cloud, and datacentre infrastructure.\n\nWifi Management, Monitoring and Deployment.\n\nMonitoring\nUse monitoring platforms (SolarWinds, PRTG, LogicMonitor, Azure Monitor) to detect performance issues and faults.\n\nSupport scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred) for routine tasks such as:\n\nUser and AD object management.\n\nServer compliance checks.\n\nBulk configuration changes.\n\nBackup validation scripts.\n\nIncidentandChange Management\nProvide 3rd-line technical supportfor thecompany.\n\nPerform root-cause analysis for recurring issues and contribute to problem remediation plans.\n\nExecute changes using approved procedures, including risk assessment, rollback planning, and stakeholder communication.\n\nProject Work & Technical Delivery\nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, server refreshes, cloud onboarding, and network modernisation projects.\n\nAssist with datacentre rack/stack, cabling, hypervisor upgrades, storage refresh, and backup platform improvements.\n\nSupport global standardisation of builds, tools, and infrastructure frameworks.\n\nDocumentation & Configuration Management\nCreate and maintain:\n\nBuild documents\n\nInfrastructure diagrams\n\nAsset and configuration records\n\nEnsure documentation reflects current operating environments and engineering standards.\n\nCreate KB for service line functions.\n\nSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:\nEssential\nProfessional experience inIT support, minimum 3+ years underService Desk,systems administration, networking, or cloud operations.\n\nStrong experience supporting core infrastructure technologies (servers, storage, networking, VMs).\n\nSolid hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory/Entra ID, Group Policy, and enterprise management platforms.\n\nPractical knowledge of virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud systems (Azure preferred).\n\nExperience with patching, monitoring, and configuration-management tools.\n\nUnderstanding of backup, replication, and disaster-recovery concepts.\n\nAbility to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple domains.\n\nStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills.\n\nDesirable\nExperience working in a global or multi-site environment.\n\nFamiliarity with AVD, O365, M365, and endpoint-management technologies.\n\nExposure to enterprise networking (routing, switching, firewalling, VPN).\n\nKnowledge of cybersecurity practices, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks.\n\nExperience with ITIL processes (incident, change, problem).\n\nEDUCATION: QUALIFICATIONS/PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:\nIT Degree in Computer science or similar.\n\nMicrosoft (Azure Administrator, Windows Server, Identity & Access)\n\nVMware (VCP)\n\nCisco (CCNA)\n\nCompTIA (Network+, Security+, Server+)\n\nITIL
