We are Making Sustainability Happen.\nAs our new Principal level Transportation Engineer or Planner, you would be an important part of our Community and Mobility Planning (CAMP) team.\nRole\nIn this role, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team and be a crucial leader in our private development/traffic impact work, our public-sector mobility planning work, as well as our safe streets, active transportation, parking management, TDM, and smart growth activities. You will also be expected to identify opportunities, lead pursuits, manage projects and staff, and develop business.\nThis position is based out of our New Haven, Connecticut office. Ability to be in-person in New Haven approximately two days per week is strongly desired. federal guidelines/standards, policies, and procedures\n\nFamiliarity with HCS, SYNCHRO/SimTraffic, VISSIM, CADD, GIS software\n\nAbility to research, present and convey information clearly and concisely\n\nDesire to be on the forefront of the evolving transportation planning field\n\nKnowledge of emerging best-practices\n\nValid driver’s license\n\nWillingness to travel by airplane and car,
