Reporting to the APAC Strategic Pursuits Lead, these roles offer flexibility to be based in any major city across Australia or New Zealand.\nThe Opportunity\nThe Pursuits and Bids Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders and other work-winning activities across the APAC region.\nWorking closely with technical specialists, business leaders and pursuit professionals, you will coordinate bid activities, manage submission requirements and help ensure proposals are accurate, compliant and submitted on time.\nThis role suits a highly organised professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and contributing to high-quality outcomes.\nKey Responsibilities\nPursuit and Bid Coordination\nCoordinate the end-to-end submission process, from Expressions of Interest (EOI) through to final tender submission.\nInterpret tender requirements and assist teams in developing compliant, client-focused submissions.\nManage, compile and quality-check compliance and administrative documentation.\nCoordinate submission inputs, reviews and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.\nSupport bid planning activities, maintaining schedules and tracking progress against key milestones.\nWork with technical teams to tailor CVs, project references and supporting documentation to specific opportunity requirements.\nLiaise with consortium partners, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency across submission materials.\nCoordinate responses to client clarifications, information requests and addenda during the tender process.\nSupport submission production activities, ensuring alignment with SLR standards, branding and quality expectations.\nSystems, Content and Continuous Improvement\nMaintain bid templates, project references, CV libraries and other submission content.\nTrack opportunities through client portals, tender platforms and market intelligence sources.\nSupport market research and pursuit planning activities.\nContribute to lessons learned reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nAssist colleagues in the use of bid tools, templates and processes.\nContribute to the maintenance and ongoing improvement of CRM systems and pursuit data.\nSkills and Experience\nWe're interested in candidates who bring strong coordination, communication and organisational skills, together with experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or similar work-winning activities.\nYou will ideally have:\n3+ years' relevant experience.\nExperience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or other work-winning activities.\nExperience working in a bid, proposal, marketing or business support environment.\nStrong document management, editing and quality assurance skills.\nKnowledge of procurement and tendering processes.\nExperience working with technical and multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality bid and qualification documents.\nExcellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.\nWhy Join SLR?\nJoin a globally recognised consultancy where your work directly contributes to winning projects that help shape sustainable communities, infrastructure and industries across the APAC region.\nWorking alongside some of the region's leading environmental and sustainability specialists, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values growth, innovation and professional development while helping Make Sustainability Happen.\nWe are most proud of our diverse, and collaborative team and our benefits aim to ensure that we cater for all.\nYou can find a comprehensive list, here.\nNext Steps\nWe make hiring decisions based on your experience, skills and passion.
