This role offers the opportunity to lead and contribute to EIAs on a wide range of urban regeneration projects across the UK.\nThe role\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a technically proficient and commercially-minded EIA specialist with experience in Built Environment projects, such as estate regenerations, urban extensions, strategic land developments, mixed-use town centre schemes, and industrial and logistics schemes, including data centres. Your responsibilities will include:\nAssisting in the preparation of fee proposals\nAuthoring screening requests, scoping requests, Environmental Statements, ES Addenda and ES Reviews\nActing as the day-to-day contact with clients and technical consultant teams\nMaintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the Built Environment sector\nRepresenting SLR at industry conferences and events\nYou will report to and work closely with our London EIA Lead, and will be part of the wider EIA - South team, currently operating out of London, Bristol, Stoke and Birmingham.\nAs part of our national planning and ESIA team, you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from our team of highly experienced professionals, with opportunities to work occasionally within other sectors (e.g. renewables).\nRewards & Benefits\nSLR's ‘One Team’ culture is at the heart of our business, providing a collaborative and supportive environment where people can develop and grow. Your strong communication skills, coupled with your technical knowledge, will mean you can successfully engage and build trust with senior colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.\nYou will also have experience working with more junior colleagues, helping to train them and support their development and effectively delegating to them.
