Alongside this, you will also have the opportunity to take responsibility for project management, budgeting, producing bill of quantities, and costings.\nProvide assurance that scheme designs comply with specification and agreed programme\nWork to ensure designs comply with health and safety regulations and CDM requirements\nAlongside colleagues, ensure designs are assessed for environmental impacts\nAbout you\nWe are looking for an Engineer with consulting experience around the design and management of the Section 278/38 process, as well as:\nSound knowledge of the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges and Manual for Streets\nAbility to engage and conduct effective negotiations with client, stakeholders, subcontractors and third parties\nUnderstanding of Health & Safety legislation\nCompetent in use of CAD, Vehicle Tracking and knowledge of Civil 3D\n\nCulture & Inclusion at SLR\nWe are committed to being an equal opportunities employer, and our expectations go beyond purely complying with legislation.
