Use data to identify untapped opportunities and define what we build next.\nDesign, execute, and evaluate sophisticated experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to measure the impact of new product features and ML algorithms.\nEstablish and govern key performance frameworks to align cross-functional teams on what success looks like.\nScalable Analytics & Frameworks\nBuild reproducible data models, frameworks, and processes that allow the company to scale decision-making without reinventing the wheel.\nDesign high-impact data visualization assets that democratize data access and enable self-service insights for both technical and commercial stakeholders.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nAct as the strategic data partner for engineering, product, and business teams, translating deep technical findings into actionable, high-level business recommendations.\nRaise the bar for analytical rigor across the organization, mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices.\nSkills & Requirements\nExperience:5+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Product Analyst, preferably in high-growth tech environments or mobile ecosystems.\nEducation:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a highly quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Economics).\nTechnical Mastery:Advanced proficiency in Pythonand SQL. Hands-on experience working with massive, complex datasets and modern cloud data warehouses \nStatistical Rigor:Solid understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and regression methodologies.\nCommunication:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
