Senior Product Designer - Smadex SLU

As a Senior Product Designerwithin the Product team, you will own the user experience strategy and design execution for user-facing initiatives in our product ecosystem. Working alongside the Director of Creative Products, Product Managers and Engineering, you will transform complex advertising technology into intuitive, elegant experiences that help advertisers create, optimise and measure high-performing creatives across Mobile and Connected TV.

This position is based in Barcelona (hybrid).

Role's tasks and responsibilities

• Own the user experience for one or more Products, from discovery and concept development through to detailed design and delivery.
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering to shape product direction, influence roadmap decisions and ensure user needs are represented throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Design intuitive user journeys, workflows, interfaces and prototypes that simplify complex creative, AI and advertising technology into elegant product experiences.
• Contribute to and evolve the Smadex Design System, creating scalable interaction patterns and reusable components that improve consistency across the platform.
• Validate concepts through prototyping, user research, experimentation and product analytics, using data and feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay at the forefront of UX, AI-assisted design, design systems and emerging technologies, helping shape the future of Creative Products at Smadex.

Role's skills and requirements

• 5+ years' experience designing digital products for SaaS, B2B software or technology platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, from user discovery through to shipped products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of UX, interaction design, information architecture and user-centred design principles.
• Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards or data-rich applications.
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers in an agile product environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions and influence stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in programmatic advertising, AdTech or another complex technology platform.
• Experience designing AI-powered products, automation tools or workflow applications.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS or front-end development principles.
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems.
