In all cases, the programs you own will be funded, executive-sponsored initiatives that advance our technology strategy, architectural direction, and/or company strategic plan. - Able to consider the larger picture (e.g., efficiency, availability, operability, scalability, business goals, customer experience, etc.) and balance it against the needs of engineering teams who have to build, maintain and extend features for the life of the technology. Incorporates these requirements into project plans.
- See's patterns and discovers solutions; makes connections to improve project/process efficiency. Knows what solutions exist elsewhere and how they can be connected.
- Can convey detailed technical knowledge (verbally, in writing, and via diagram) to engineering team(s) (Q. Why did we build X? What business goal does it solve?).
