Act as a key point of contact for 2B2C customers, ensuring their satisfaction and driving long-term partnerships.\nJob Responsibilities\nSolution Design and Implementation\nPlanning, operating, securing and maintaining FBB Core Network, including, BNG, BRAS, OLT, ONU\nDesign and implement B2B and B2C technology solutions, such as network connectivity, data security, DIA, IPLC, CDN, Managed Wi-Fi, etc., including service testing and go-live.\nDevelop detailed network architecture diagrams and technical specifications to support solution deployment.\nConduct feasibility assessments and capacity planning to ensure solutions meet scalability and performance requirements.\nConfigure and integrate network hardware, software, and protocols to align with customer-specific needs.\nONU device protocol and certification testing for onboarding to Smart’s network.\nCollaboration\nServe as the technical point of contact for B2B and B2C customers, understanding their requirements, and providing network solutions that meet their specific needs.\nProvide technical support to the Enterprise sales team, assisting with customer inquiries and sales efforts\nCollaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and contribute to the development of customized B2B solutions.\nCollaborate with customers to address questions and present solutions related to enterprise services\nWorking with planning teams to ensure the network infrastructure supports customer requirements.\nCollaborate with Legal, Risk and Compliance and Cybersecurity departments\nCollaborate with vendors and third-party providers to procure and implement required technologies or services.\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule and execute solution rollouts with minimal disruption to existing services.\nNetwork Deployment and Maintenance\nSupport POC, Trial and conduct product or technology demonstrations and presentations to showcase B2B solutions and their benefits to customers.\nSupport the integration of new payment channels for cloud services\nPerform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization\nMonitoring and Performance Management\nConduct regular health checks and performance audits on FBB Core components (e.g., BNG, BRAS, ONU) to identify potential bottlenecks or degradation\nAnalyze traffic patterns and usage trends to recommend capacity upgrades or optimizations for DIA, IPLC, CDN, and Managed Wi-Fi services\nMonitoring the health of the infrastructure using monitoring tools (like Cacti, CheckMK, NetFlow, Prometheus, etc.)\nGenerate and review performance reports for internal teams and customers to support SLA compliance and service quality assurance\nMonitor network performance metrics (e.g., latency, bandwidth utilization, packet loss) to ensure optimal operation of B2B and B2C solutions\nProactively identify and address performance issues before they impact customer experience, in collaboration with troubleshooting teams.\nBCM, Asset, Inventory\nCost Management\nOptimize network solutions for cost-efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards and SLAs.\nIdentifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring resources are used within budget.\nTroubleshooting, Maintenance and Customer Support\nTroubleshoot technical issues, working closely with customers to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner in compliance with SLA\n365-days customer complaints handling, service testing, onsite troubleshooting and etc.\nDiagnosing and resolving issues related to FBB network infrastructure and ensuring minimal downtime\nPerforming regular maintenance tasks to keep the cloud systems up-to-date and secure\nSupport Enterprise business unit to activate new and maintain existing subscribers or clients\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring network issues and implement long-term fixes to prevent future occurrences\nDevelop troubleshooting guides for common customer issues to improve support efficiency and self-service options.\nJoin Our Team - Apply Now\nWhy Join Smart?\nAt Smart, we don’t just connect people - we connect opportunities.
