Monitor customer satisfaction metrics to ensure ser-vice delivery meets or exceeds enterprise expectations.\nPerformance Reporting: Analyze commercial data and regularly report on commercial performance, sales pipelines, and strategic milestones to the General Manager and the Executive Committee.\n Brand & Integration Leadership: Lead targeted marketing and branding campaigns. Oversee seamless customer integration processes in alignment with the broader Smart ecosystem to ensure a unified brand experience.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
