The role focuses on optimizing energy consumption, reducing operational costs, and ensuring the continuous power supply to critical telecom equipment.\nJob Responsibilities\nTo do preventive maintenance and maintenance of power equipment: rectifier system, ATS, hybrid system, solar panels and controller module, and grounding system as approved schedule.\nTo do preventive and troubleshooting of climate systems like air conditioning and cooling systems.\nTo install power supply system equipment like rectifier system, ATS and battery\nTo do expansion and reshuffle power supply system\nTo run mobile generation backup sites in case of an EDC outage.\nTo replace power supply equipment such battery, rectifiers, UPS, and Solar Panels\nTo do fuel arrangement for Diesel and Gasoline Generator\nTo dispatch technicians to sites\nTo do PAT on power supply system \nJob Requirements\nDiploma & Bachelor’s Degree in Electricity, Electronics, Mechanical, or IT\nGood Communicable in English, both read and write \nExperiences in operation and Maintenance of Transmission, Radio and power supply\nExperiences on operation and maintenance, troubleshooting related to the telecommunications sector.\nAt least 2-3 years experiences in Field operations \nAble to operate, install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in the telecom field.\nGood communication among colleagues and team-building spirit.\nAble to travel to provinces and work at night.\nHave driving license (able to drive car)\nKnowledge and ability to diagnose technical problems and ensure continuous improvement of both the quality of service delivered and the network's operational efficiency\nKnowledge and ability monitoring, including the verification of performance, inspection of the works and ensuring adherence to quality, costs and timelines\nKnowledge and ability to initiate, plan, execute, and monitor projects.\nKnowledge and ability to maintain telecommunications systems and equipment to ensure effective operational performance and continuity of
