The Key Account Representative excels at proactive communication with internal and external customers and works collaboratively in all areas of our business (from order to cash) in a professional manner. This includes driving compliance to customer requirements by assisting technicians, dispatchers, parts, and back office support.\n Main Responsibilities:\nMonitors assigned account to ensure 100% compliance with customer requirements prior, during, and after service calls.\nBuilds and maintains professional cross-functional relationships and with our customers (internal and external).\nCommunicates to customers via phone, e-mail, and website entries providing real-time visibility to order status. Obtain proper approvals for service calls prior to invoicing.\nProvides real-time assistance to technicians to adhere to customer requirements\nCoordinates with Service Delivery Specialist in driving compliance with response time, return to service, customer approvals for estimates, and documentation in 3rd party portals.\nWorks in SAP systems and external websites to ensure orders are accurate.\nWorks with central services to ensure correct master data management\nReview and revise customer requirements documentation.\nAssists Key Account Supervisor with any special projects/assignments as required.\nKey Skills:\nAbility to motivate others and drive results in a respectful yet assertive manner.\nStrong problem solving skills along with a high level of attention to detail.\nTechnical aptitude learning many new database systems and websites quickly.\nEffective prioritization and time management skills with a demonstrated sense of urgency.\nStrong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships across different groups at all levels of the organization. \nCollaborative attitude as you will be working cross-functionally with many different teams. \nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (2 years of business management, sales or Smart Care experience = 2 years of post-secondary education)\n4+ years experience in customer service, dispatch, and/or restaurant management.\nAbility to work different shifts and holidays as required\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProficient in Excel and SAP\n About Smart Care\nSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
