production.\nYour Mission\nYou will be the technical expert for mechanical systems and cooling infrastructure, ensuring high equipment availability, efficient operation and long-term reliability.\nYour work directly impacts production stability, energy efficiency and product quality.\nWhat You Will Do\nMaintenance & Reliability\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment, furnaces and cooling systems.\n\nTroubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic and thermal systems.\n\nLead fault diagnosis related to cooling, temperature control and process stability.\n\nMonitor temperature, pressure and flow systems.\n\nPrevent and manage risks related to overheating, leakage and reduced cooling performance.\n\nMaintain technical documentation and maintenance records.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nDrive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.\n\nApply preventive and predictive maintenance methods.\n\nImprove equipment reliability, uptime and energy efficiency.\n\nIdentify recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.\n\nSupport and mentor colleagues within the maintenance organisation.\n\nEquipment & Industrialisation\nParticipate in the installation and commissioning of new production equipment.\n\nSupport FAT and SAT activities.\n\nValidate cooling systems, thermal processes and mechanical functionality.\n\nEnsure systems are operational before production start-up.\n\nKey Interfaces\nYou will work closely with:\nFacility & Maintenance Manager\n\nElectrical & Automation Maintenance\n\nProduction & Engineering\n\nExternal suppliers and equipment vendors\n\nWho You Are\nYou are a hands-on technical specialist with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for operational reliability.\nRequired Qualifications\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology or similar.\n\nF-Gas certification or equivalent refrigeration qualification.\n\nStrong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and cooling systems.\n\nMinimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.\n\nExperience with thermal processes and industrial cooling equipment.\n\nKnowledge of CMMS systems and structured maintenance practices.\n\nFluent English, written and spoken.\n\nMeritorious\nExperience with reliability-centred or predictive maintenance.\n\nExperience from semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials or process industries.\n\nKnowledge of FAT, SAT and equipment commissioning.\n\nTraining in LOTO, pressurised systems and industrial safety
