You will get involved and play an integral role driving our company to the next phase of growth. This position offers you a wide scope from data analytics to product and process introduction, from industrialization to 8D analysis and everything in between.\n\n On-site\n\n Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands\n\nJob description\n\nYou will manage changes and transitions within the management system and ensure that they are effectively implemented through training and quality planning. In other words, you will mature our Quality Management System and help to transition the team to the next phase.\n\nYou will also coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on findings, and communicate key results and actions to the leadership team. With your excellent communication skills, you will promote the management system and continual improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.\n\nYour tasks:\n\n Maintain and improve the Business (Quality) Management System integrating & meeting ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and other required Standards\n\n Managing the internal audit program; performing internal audits, managing CAPAs, facilitating certification and customer audits.\n\n Coordinate and support the organization with problem solving, Root Cause finding and risk management, in development, production or supplier related (8D, RCA, CAPA, FMEA) with relevant stakeholders\n\n Ensure Quality is built in, in new product introduction and product platforms with multi-disciplinary teams, improving production (process) yield, machine uptime, process efficiency and overall product quality.\n\n Manage & improve Quality Training.\n\n Support the team with ad-hoc requests. The team will do the same for you.\n\n Influence the organization, taking ownership of improvement initiatives and driving them to successful implementation.\n\nJob requirements\n\n A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, and others.\n\n 10+ years of operational experience in a commercial manufacturing environment, preferably within the semiconductor industry. Experience in other highly regulated industries may also be considered.\n\n Experienced in conducting FMEA’s (design/process), 8D and CAPAs.\n\n Strong quantitative and data analysis skills & knowledge; competences in Six Sigma Black Belt highly preferred.\n\n Excellent communication and coaching skills, with passion for documentation.\n\n Experienced in implementing quality management systems such as ISO9001, ISO 27001, ISO1400, ISO45001 or others.\n\n A proactive, self-starting mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives independently.\n\nWhat we offer\n\n An essential key position within our organisation\n\n To develop with us SMART Photonics into a market leader in an entrepreneurial, dynamic environment.\n\n A challenging position with plenty of room for own initiatives and professional development and personal growth.\n\n A talented group of passionate people working in an open, informal culture in multidisciplinary teams.\n\n Salary in level J (senior engineer) range from EUR 58.500 gross annual to EUR 100.213 gross annual; exact offer depending on industrial relevance, years of experience and seniority exposure.
