This role partners across departments to develop practical, standardized solutions and enable employees to use them effectively.\n\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\n\nProcess & Workflow Design (35%)\n\nPartner with departments to understand business needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement\n\nDocument current-state processes and design efficient, standardized future-state workflows\n\nIdentify bottlenecks, manual work, duplicate efforts, and unclear ownership\n\nTranslate business needs into clear process, workflow, and system requirements\n\nDevelop process documentation and continuously evaluate workflows for improvement\n\nBusiness Systems Ownership (25%)\n\nOwn and serve as the internal expert for Smartsheet, PowerBI and assigned business systems \n\nEstablish standards for system structure, permissions, templates, automation, and ownership\n\nPartner with departments to select and implement the right system solutions for their needs \n\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and improve business systems to ensure they are scalable, reliable, and well documented\n\nAutomation (20%)\n\nIdentify opportunities to simplify and automate manual or repetitive processes\n\nDesign, build, test, and maintain automations using Smartsheet, Power Automate and other approved tools\n\nAutomate workflows, approvals, notifications, data movement, and reporting to improve efficiency and consistency\n\nPartner with IT on complex integrations and troubleshoot automations to ensure reliable, sustainable solutions\n\nEnablement (20%)\n\nCreate and deliver training, coaching, and resources to help employees effectively use business systems and workflows\n\nCreate templates, standards, and user-friendly guidance that support consistent, independent use\n\nSupport process and system rollouts through training, testing, communication, and adoption\n\nGather feedback and continuously improve training, workflows, and system usability\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\n\nThe following physical demands must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
