The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for project outcomes and works closely with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal support teams to ensure successful delivery.\nThe Project Manager operates with a high degree of independence while aligning with organizational standards, processes, and leadership direction. This role is expected to manage complexity, anticipate risk, and make informed decisions to protect safety, quality, schedule, and margin.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nProject Execution & Delivery (40%)\n\nOwn planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects from kickoff through closeout.\n\nLead project initiation activities including scope review, contract setup, schedules, and execution planning.\n\nCoordinate day-to-day execution with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.\n\nEnsure work is executed in accordance with contract documents, safety requirements, and quality standards.\n\nResolve execution issues and constraints; escalate material risks appropriately.\n\nFinancial & Change Management (25%)\n\nOwn project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls.\n\nTrack project financial performance including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs.\n\nIdentify scope changes and prepare change order documentation for client and internal review.\n\nSupport negotiations of change orders and contract adjustments with clients and trade partners.\n\nMaintain accurate cost reporting and forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nSchedule & Risk Management (20%)\n\nDevelop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking.\n\nMonitor progress against schedule and implement recovery actions as required.\n\nIdentify risks related to schedule, procurement, staffing, or execution and develop mitigation plans.\n\nCoordinate closely with field leadership to align schedule, manpower, and work sequencing.\n\nClient, GC & Stakeholder Management (15%)\n\nServe as the primary client-facing representative for assigned projects.\n\nLead project meetings with clients, GCs, subcontractors, and internal teams.\n\nCommunicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly and professionally.\n\nMaintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support long-term client success.\n\nCompletion of assigned tasks and deliverables on time with strong attention to detail\nPerforms Other Related Duties as Assigned\nPOSITION REQUIREMENTS\n\n6–10 years of experience in project management roles within construction, mission-critical, or complex technical environments\n\nDemonstrated success owning projects from kickoff through closeout\n\nStrong understanding of construction workflows, scheduling, and cost management\n\nExperience coordinating with field leadership, subcontractors, and vendors\n\nProven ability to manage budgets, change orders, and project financials\n\nAbility to interpret contracts, drawings, schedules, and technical documentation\n\nStrong client-facing communication and relationship management skills\n\nProficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management platforms (e.g., Procore, MS Project, BIM 360, or similar)\n\nStrong organizational skills, decision-making ability, and accountability in fast-paced environments\n\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe following physical demands must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
