Reporting to the Team Lead, International Demand Generation, you will develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to generate engagement and drive demand for SMART solutions. In this dynamic role, you will work cross-functionally across SMART and with regional teams to execute campaigns that directly impact business success. \nYou will contribute to and execute customer-focused, data-driven digital marketing initiatives including paid media, email marketing, marketing automation, events, channel marketing, and account-based marketing. You are also responsible for ensuring alignment between global campaigns, regional priorities, channel partner activities, and local market objectives. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced HubSpot expertise, and a passion for delivering measurable business results. \nDuties and Responsibilities\nDevelop, execute, monitor, and optimise marketing campaigns to drive engagement, demand generation, and marketing-qualified leads. \nAct as a key contributor and influencer in SMART's growth marketing strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and marketing stakeholders. \nCreate differentiated messaging and value propositions tailored for target audiences, verticals, and regional markets. \nAlign with sales teams and regional stakeholders to meet demand generation objectives while ensuring stakeholder engagement and campaign effectiveness. \nPlan and manage events, webinars, and customer engagement initiatives to support lead generation and pipeline growth. \nMaintain a deep understanding of the customer journey and develop engagement strategies that improve conversion and sales readiness. \nCollaborate with global content, creative, brand, product marketing, and digital teams to create high-performing marketing assets. \nBuild and manage advanced automated marketing programs including workflows, landing pages, nurture campaigns, lead-scoring models, forms, and audience segmentation. \nInitiate and manage channel marketing strategies in partnership with sales, leadership teams, and channel partners. \nDevelop and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners across key markets. \nTrack and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, providing regular recommendations for optimisation. \nManage campaign budgets, recommend optimisations, and adjust investment strategies based on business priorities and performance data. \nManage external marketing agencies and suppliers where required. \nPerform other duties and support other PODs as required. \nCore Competencies \nExpert knowledge of B2B growth marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing best practices. \nAdvanced HubSpot expertise, including automation workflows, segmentation, lead scoring, attribution reporting, dashboards, nurture programs, landing pages, and forms. \nAbility to collaborate with Sales, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Channel teams while influencing marketing strategy and execution. \nDeep market awareness with the ability to localise messaging and marketing campaigns for different audiences and regions. \nSkilled in integrating digital, partner, event, email, paid media, and social strategies into cohesive growth programs. \nStrong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimise campaigns against key performance indicators (KPIs). \nExceptional communication and presentation skills, able to influence both internal and external audiences. \nHighly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. \nProactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. \nExperience working with external marketing agencies and strategic partners. \nAbility to work independently in an unstructured environment. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. \nEducation and Work Experience \nEssential \nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline. \nMinimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, campaign management, or digital marketing. \nExpert-level HubSpot experience with proven success building and managing complex marketing automation programs. \nDemonstrated experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes. \nFluent written and spoken English. \nDesirable \nExperience working within a marketing, creative, digital, media, or integrated agency environment. \nExperience supporting multiple international markets. \nExperience within technology, SaaS, education technology, or channel-led organisations. \nAdditional European language skills. \nSalesforce CRM experience. \nSupervision \nThis position does not have any direct reports. \nAdditional Details \nRole requires periodic international travel. \nA valid passport is required. \nThe work environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and continually evolving. \nThe successful candidate
