Monitor contracts, purchase orders, bills, and project-related documents. Ensure smooth office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks. Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping Experience in GST, TDS, invoicing, and bank reconciliation Knowledge of vendor payments, receivables, and expense tracking Familiarity with construction billing, contractor bills, and project expenses Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel Strong administrative, documentation, and coordination skills Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Experience 8+ years of experience in administration and accounts. Experience in construction, infrastructure, real estate, or contracting companies preferred. B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or a related qualification preferred.
