The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HVAC system design, load calculations, ducting, piping, equipment selection, BOQ, and engineering drawings.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDesign HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, residential, and other engineering projects\nPerform HVAC heat load calculations and select appropriate equipment\nPrepare HVAC layouts, ducting, piping, and equipment drawings\nDevelop HVAC design drawings, schematics, and technical documentation\nPrepare BOQ, equipment schedules, material specifications, and quantity estimates\nSelect and coordinate HVAC equipment such as AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems\nCoordinate HVAC designs with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Structural, and Architectural teams\nReview drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards\nSupport project teams with technical clarifications during execution\nCoordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams\nManage design revisions and ensure timely submission of drawings\nAssist in resolving design and site-related technical issues\nRequirements\nHVAC System Design & Engineering\nHeat Load / Cooling Load Calculations\nDucting & Piping Design\nHVAC Equipment Selection\nAHU / FCU / Chiller / VRF / VRV Knowledge\nVentilation & Air Distribution Systems\nAutoCAD\nRevit MEP - Preferred\nHVAC Design Software - Preferred\nBOQ & Quantity Estimation\nEngineering Drawings & Documentation\nMEP Coordination\nKnowledge of HVAC Codes & Standards\nMS Excel\n?
