Engagement: Schedule organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, actively responding to comments and DMs to build a supportive online community.\n\n Content Repurposing & Heart-Centered Copywriting: Transform podcasts, long-form videos, and written teachings into engaging captions, quote cards, short-form video concepts, and newsletter content.\n\n Advanced Visual Design & Canva Execution: Create high-calibre carousel posts, graphics, reels, stories, and brand assets adhering strictly to brand palettes, typography, and visual aesthetics.\n\n Blog Publishing & Website Layout Formatting: Format and publish written blog posts with clean layouts, proper typography spacing, and visual elements on website platforms.\n\n CRM Email Campaigns & Deliverability Execution: Build, schedule, and send broadcast emails via GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign while maintaining strict sender reputation and deliverability standards.\n\n Short-Form Video Editing: Edit, trim, and caption short-form video reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage using clean titles, transitions, and audio overlays.\n\n Audience Growth Strategy & Marketing Input: Proactively share creative ideas and hands-on solutions for funnels, social reach, and email list growth based on marketing experience.\n\n Quality Assurance, Reporting & SOPs: Conduct rigorous pre-publication checks on copy and links, log deliverability/engagement metrics, and keep asset libraries and SOPs updated.\n\nWhat You Bring\n\n Experience & Certifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, visual content creation, copy repurposing, or digital marketing.\n\n Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Advanced Canva proficiency (typography, color harmony, layout design), short-form video editing, and CRM platforms like GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign.\n\n Background & Domain Expertise: Strong affinity or experience with spiritual development, holistic wellness, essential oils, or personal growth content.\n\n Technical Translation / Delivery: Expert-level written English skills capable of crafting authentic, emotive copy without cliches or unedited AI text,
