outstanding items. \nRequirements\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of professional experience, including substantial hands-on business operations experience. \nPrevious experience as an Operations Manager, Operations Lead, Business Operations Manager, General Manager, or comparable hands-on operations role. \nExperience working in an established business environment involving multiple teams, functions, and priorities. \nStrong cross-functional coordination and problem-solving experience. \nDemonstrated experience owning workflows or initiatives from start to finish. \nExperience improving processes and ensuring consistent follow-through. \nComfortable working with both business and technical teams.\nClear, concise professional communication. \nBenefits\nCAD $80,000 annual salary plus
