Senior People Partner (HRBP)  

• Partner with Engineering and Product leadersin the U.S., whilealsosupportingG&A teams, to connectpeopleprioritieswith business goals. 
• Coachleadersand managerson organizationaleffectiveness, talent, performance, engagement, and employeerelations acrossa growing, fast-movingenvironment. 
• Collaboratewith People Partners in EMEA and APAC on globalEngineering and Product initiatives, bringinga consistentemployeeexperienceacrossregions. 

Aboutthe Role  

• Serveas a trustedPeople Partner to Engineering and Product teamsin the U.S., with additionalsupportfor G&A, translatingbusiness prioritiesintopracticalpeopleplans. 
• Coachleadersand managerson organizationaldesign, performance, talent development, compensation, employeerelations, and team effectiveness. 
• Useemployeefeedback, engagement insights, and peopledata to identifythemesand partner with leaderson focused, actionableimprovements. 
• Partner with People & Culturecolleaguesto strengthentalent retention, succession, and development approachesthatsupportbusiness needsand employeegrowth. 
• Collaboratewith localPeople Partners in EMEA and APAC on Engineering and Product initiatives, balancingglobalconsistencywith localcontext. 
• Buildstrongrelationshipsacrossthe business and People & Cultureteam, workingflexiblyacrosstimezoneswhenglobalcollaborationisneeded. Thisrole reportsto the Sr. Director, People Partner. 

We arelookingfor youifyouhave  

• 8-10 yearsofHR Business Partner orPeople Partner experience, with a trackrecordof advisingleadersin dynamic, evolvingorganizations; experiencepartneringwith R&D organizations, particularlyEngineering and Product, isstronglypreferred. 
• Strongbusiness acumenand the abilityto connectpeopleprioritiesto team and companygoalswhilekeepingsolutionspracticaland employee-centered. 
• Experiencecoaching leadersthroughperformance, talent, organizationalchange, employeerelations, and team effectivenesstopics. 
• Comfort usingemployeefeedback and peopledata to identifypatterns, shaperecommendations, and supportthoughtfuldecision-making. 
• Clear, collaborativecommunicationskillsand the abilityto buildtrust and influence acrosslevels, functions, geographies, and timezones. 
• A pragmatic, curious, and inclusive approach, with soundjudgmentand a willingnessto rollupyoursleeveswhenneeded.

Your SmartBear total rewards compensation package includes base salary and may also include a performance bonus plan. The base salaryrange for this role is listed below. Actual compensation is determinedbased on several factors, including relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and geographic location.
