Im Kundenservice-Team bearbeitest und löst Du Inbound-Anfragen unserer Kunden per Telefon, E-Mail und Chat. Du betreust Kunden beratungsfrei ohne Vertriebstätigkeit und bearbeitest eingehende Kundenanliegen serviceorientiert, um die bestmögliche Lösung zu erzielen. Deine proaktiven Ideen und Erfahrungen tragen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Customer Services bei. Unsere Servicezeiten sind Montag bis Freitag von 8.00 bis 18.00 Uhr.Your profile
- Technische Kompetenz: Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute Selbstorganisation.
- Erfahrung: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung oder starkes Interesse am Wertpapiermarkt und Trading.
- Kommunikation und Initiative: Ausgeprägte Servicementalität, Kommunikations- und Kontaktstärke sowie eine sorgfältige, gewissenhafte und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise.
