The role contributes to financial reporting, business performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing processes, systems, and data quality across the organization. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required to partner with stakeholders across business units.\nResponsibilities:\nSupport annual and quarterly planning processes by maintaining and enhancing forecast models, and assist in managing planning timelines and resource coordination to deliver reporting packages\nReview quarterly forecast analyses to identify key risks and opportunities and performance variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) \nMaintain and enhance Yardi ABF and Power BI reporting and dashboards to support financial reporting and decision making\nRecommend and assist in accounting system enhancement projects and process improvement initiatives, including module upgrades, data integration, process automation, custom report development and standardization, staff training, and accounting data governance\nPartner with business teams to drive efficiencies and improve intra and inter departmental processes\nPerform ad hoc financial analysis to support management requests and business initiatives\nAssist with special and transactional projects and perform other duties as assigned\nAcademic/Professional Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree within Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience\nRequired Skills/Experience:\nExcellent knowledge of accounting practices as applied to real estate development & property management, CAM/Property Tax/Chargeback billings, financial and management reporting;\nKnowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting; ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports.\nKnowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.\n Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.\nGood oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization\nValues\nThe Analyst must be client focused, advocate and communicate a positive image of the company, both internally and externally.
