Job Title: Analyst, FP&A & Continuous Improvement (12 month contract position) Reports To: Senior Manager, FP&A & Transformation Department: Corporate Accounting Position Summary The Analyst, FP&A & Business Process Improvement supports the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including administration and enhancement of the Yardi ABF planning system. The role contributes to financial reporting, business performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on enhancing processes, systems, and data quality across the organization. Strong collaboration and communication skills are required to partner with stakeholders across business units. Responsibilities: Support annual and quarterly planning processes by maintaining and enhancing forecast models, and assist in managing planning timelines and resource coordination to deliver reporting packages Review quarterly forecast analyses to identify key risks and opportunities and performance variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast) Maintain and enhance Yardi ABF and Power BI reporting and dashboards to support financial reporting and decision making Recommend and assist in accounting system enhan
