We are hiring systems analysts who will work as no-code configurators - and we fund your Creatio Academy certification to get you there.\nThis is not a role where you write a specification and hand it to a developer. You build the working system yourself, inside the platform: sections and objects, reference data, business processes in the BPMN designer, dynamic cases, Freedom UI screens, access rights and dashboards. You demo what you built to the client directly. On a low-code programme, analysts deliver the majority of the functionality, and the development team is reserved for the problems that genuinely need code.\nConfigure sections, objects, reference data and the product catalogue for retail, corporate, Islamic and private banking business lines.\nDesign and build end-to-end business processes in the BPMN designer, plus dynamic case flows for leads, referrals and opportunities.\nBuild Freedom UI screens, forms, dashboards and reports that relationship managers actually want to use.\nConfigure roles, organizational structure, record- and field-level access rights - a first-class discipline in a banking context, not a checkbox.\nTake part in fit-gap workshops: capture requirements from business SMEs, translate them into use cases, and flag where the product already solves the problem.\nBuild proof-of-concept screens and demos for client gates and presales.\nWrite and maintain the configuration documentation, and support SIT and UAT on what you built.\nWork with the solution architect and developers on the boundary between configuration and custom development.\n 1- 3 years as a systems or business analyst on enterprise system implementations (CRM, ERP, BPM, ECM). Implementation experience specifically - not support, not data analytics.\nBPMN at design level, not reading level. You can model an end-to-end process with gateways, parallel branches, timers and escalation - and explain why you modelled it that way.\n Relational data modelling fundamentals: tables, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships, lookups, normalisation.\nHands-on configuration experience on any low-code, CRM or BPM platform (Creatio, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pega, ServiceNow, Camunda, Appian, Mendix, Bitrix24, Odoo, 1C or similar)\nExperience configuring role models and access rights.\nDirect client-facing experience: running workshops, demoing your work, capturing and confirming requirements.\nTechnical literacy without needing to be a developer: you can read a SQL query, understand REST APIs and JSON, and check a log.\nEnglish at B2 or above\nNice to have\nCreatio experience or Creatio Academy certification.\nBanking or financial services domain knowledge.\nExperience at a systems integrator delivering to corporate clients.\nQA background on implementation projects -
