Delivery and governance\nPlan, run and deliver one or more software projects, or a programme of related projects, on scope, schedule and budget.\nDefine delivery methodology (Agile, Scrum or hybrid) and keep roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and RAID logs current.\nTrack budget, resource utilisation and profitability, and forecast accurately.\nIdentify risks early, escalate with a mitigation plan, and keep quality, security and compliance standards for regulated clients.\n2. Stakeholder management\nBe the trusted advisor to C-level and senior executives at client organisations, especially in banking and fintech.\nRun steering committees and executive reviews, and report progress, risks and decisions clearly in English.\nManage expectations, change requests and commercial discussions together with Sales and Account Management.3. \n3. Team leadership\nLead cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, BA and designers, onshore and offshore.\nCoach team members, resolve conflicts and keep delivery quality and morale high.\nWork with Talent Acquisition and Delivery leadership on resource planning, hiring and onboarding.\n4.
