At SmartDev, we believe that great architecture and AI-first thinking are a competitive advantage - and we build our teams accordingly.\nThe company is at a pivotal point in our journey: transitioning from a pure IT outsourcing provider to an AI-enabled solutions partner.\nWe have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations:\nDanang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang\nHanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi\n Implement and maintain the testing framework including fixtures, test data setup, and reporting\nImplement priority test flows, starting with admin and auxiliary functions Triage bugs and convert to regression tests with traceable origin and inventory\nWork with DevOps to maintain CI/CD for testing including periodic and on-demand testing across tenant deployments and environments\nOwn quality of team contributions to test framework, including code reviews and documentation of the framework and contributing standards\nParticipate in developer ceremonies such as daily check-ins and ad-hoc technical discussions\n Must Have\n5+ years of experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for web applications\nAt least 1-2 years with Playwright (using TypeScript) or a comparable modern framework\nExperience running automated tests across multiple browsers and viewports (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit), and diagnosing browser-specific failures\nHands-on experience setting up and maintaining test case management\nExperience running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent)\nExperience creating self-sufficient tests that create their own data through APIs, database seeding utilities, or the UI\nNice to Have\nExperience with non-functional testing, including load testing, automated security testing, accessibility testing\nExperience working in regulated environments (e.g. bank, government, fintech)\nExperience using AI-assisted test generation and failure triage\nExperience coaching other QAs and developers in contributing to automation code\nExperience testing both JavaScript framework frontends (React, Next.js) and server-rendered applications\n International working environment with AI-driven strategic direction.\n20 days of annual leave -
