The main areas of activity and focus of our company include the international fintech community SFORS (https://sfors.com), the brokerage company Statok (https://statok.global), and the product company Pine Software (https://pinesoftware.com.cy)\nWe are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller (Tender Process) to oversee budget control across all Group procurement processes and serve as Secretary of the Tender Committee.\nResponsibilities:\nBudget control of every purchase request in 8 business units of the Group: budget line availability, check of the forecast annual turnover per counterparty, written conclusion on budget coverage\n\nIndependent alternative market analysis in both flows (invoice analysis and tender): finding alternative suppliers, indicative market price range, written conclusion on whether prices are at market level; for complex tenders - review of cost estimates\n\nSecretary of the Tender Committee (non-voting): confirmation of the tender type, approval of the accelerated procedure, completeness check of materials, organisation of Committee reviews (meeting or written procedure), vote counting, electronic minutes\n\nMonitoring of standard lead times at every stage of the process; reminders and escalation\n\nMaintaining the purchase register and the list of suppliers with a framework justification (annual review of each supplier)\n\nQuarterly process report to the Tender Committee Chair, then to the Executive Committee and CEO Smarter\n\nDaily work in Jira (tender project): statuses, checklists, Alternative Vendor subtasks\n\nWhat do we expect from you in the first 90 Days?\nRunning all stages of the role independently\n\nHaving a source base for alternative market analysis for the main purchase categories of the Group\n\nKeeping the purchase register up to date\n\nPreparing the first quarterly report (Q4 2026, due in January 2027)\n\nRequirements\n4-5+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in companies with international exposure, IT, financial or investment sector as a Procurement Financial Controller\n\nExperience specifically in tender procedures as a Financial Controller / Technical Committee Secretary\n\nDegree in finance or economics; solid understanding of budget structure: cost items, responsibility centres, budget detail\n\nAbility to read a business unit budget and match a specific purchase to it\n\nMarket research: finding suppliers in open sources, getting indicative prices, comparing offers with different structures\n\nClear and accurate writing: conclusions, analysis reports, minutes and quarterly reports are read by other people\n\nConfident user of a ticketing system (Jira or similar): statuses, transitions, checklists, filters\n\nAdvanced Excel / Google Sheets: pivot tables, formulas\n\nLanguages: Ukrainian fluent, English Upper-Intermediate (B2)\n\nWould be a plus:\nACCA, CIMA or a similar qualification\n\nExperience in financial services, brokerage or IT groups\n\nBI Tools Proficiency: Ability to work with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)\n\nCompany offers:\nCare from Day One - medical insurance immediately upon starting work, including dental care, massage and professional psychological support because your well-being matters\n\nWork-Life Balance - 24 days of paid vacation + 30 days of sick leave, so you can recover without unnecessary stress\n\nType of employment: Work contract\n\nInvestment in your energy - partial reimbursement for any sports activities that empowers you\n\nGrowth - partial coverage for English or Ukrainian language courses + a fixed budget for professional development.
