This is a hands-on role within a collaborative Agile team environment focused on critical, data-driven systems. \nMust pass a background check, drug screening, and reference check as part of onboarding.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport a mission-critical web application used across multiple agencies\nPerform analysis, development, testing, and debugging for enhancements and bug fixes\nCollaborate with developers, stakeholders, and business users to gather and validate requirements\nWork through backlog items, user stories, and application improvements\nTroubleshoot and resolve application issues in a production environment\nAssist with application maintenance and support activities\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)\nSupport system documentation, testing processes, and issue resolution tracking\nProvide occasional end-user support and interaction\nAssist with reporting and batch process support as needed\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in web application development or support\nExperience with application maintenance, enhancements, and bug fixing\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nAbility to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions\nExperience working in Agile or Scrum environments\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams\nAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment\nThis role involves supporting a high-visibility, mission-critical system\nCandidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative, stakeholder-facing environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting enterprise-level or multi-user systems\nExposure to public sector, government, or justice-related systems\nExperience working with systems shared across multiple agencies\nFamiliarity with SQL/databases and reporting tools\nExperience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)\nBackground in production support environments with direct user
