The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain\nadvanced, high-performance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business\ndecision-making.\nExperience with Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier is highly desirable.\nThe role requires a deep understanding of DAX, data\nmodeling, and performance optimization in Power BI, as well as\nstrong collaboration skills to work across business and technical teams.\nRequirements\nRole and Responsibilities of the Resource Request Required\nDesign, develop, anddeploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide\nactionable insights.\n\nUtilize DAX (DataAnalysis Expressions) for complex calculations, measures, and\nperformance tuning.\n\nExtract, transform, andload data from Snowflake, SQL databases, Microsoft Power\nPlatform, and SharePoint into Power BI.\n\nOptimize report anddashboard performance through efficient data modeling and query\noptimization.\n\nCollaborate withbusiness users to gather reporting requirements and translate them into\ntechnical solutions.\n\nSupport integration andreporting needs involving Oracle Primavera P6 and Unifier systems, where applicable.\n\nDocument reportspecifications, data models, and development processes to support\nmaintainability and knowledge sharing.\n\nDevelop and maintainautomated reporting workflows using Power Platform tools such as Power\nAutomate.\n\nProvide ongoing support,troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing reports.\n\nLeverage scriptingskills in Python or R to enhance data processing, analytics,\nand visualization when needed.\n\nEducation Requirements\n\nMinimum: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Business Intelligence, or related field or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred: Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or an MBA with analytics focus.\n Certifications (nice to have): Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate (PL-300);
