Pumps and Dispensers.\nJob Title: Graduate Trainee – Warehouse\nLocation: Ojodu Berger, Lagos\nEmployment Type: Full-time\nJob Description\nReceive, inspect, and record shipments and materials received from project sites or transferred from other warehouse locations.\nEnsure effective stock management through proper documentation and accurate inventory records.\nMonitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and record inventory variances to minimize stock discrepancies.\nEnsure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly tracked and authorized.\nInput supplies into the warehouse inventory system and check records for accuracy.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, disputes, returns, and warehouse activities.\nCompile reports on changes in production or inventory.\nConduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inter-base transfers.\nFind, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse.\nEnsure the store is well organized and maintain the neatness and tidiness of the warehouse.\nDevelop and implement a proactive tools maintenance programme.\nEnsure maintenance reports are properly prepared.\nEnsure all tool maintenance operations comply with company policy and OSHA guidelines.\nCoordinate with the OHS Coordinator to investigate reported incidents, including near misses and accidents.\nRequirements\nB.Sc. / HND in Accounting/Statistics/Data Analytics.\n0 – 1 year post NYSC experience.\nMust have excellent communication skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft applications,
