This is not an entry-level position. We need someone who can confidently coordinate maintenance requests, dispatch technicians, manage a high volume of work orders, and keep our CRM and spreadsheets accurate and up to date.\nIf you're highly organized, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have previous property management or maintenance coordination experience, we'd love to hear from you.\nAt this time, we are only accepting applications from Virtual Assistants currently based in the Philippines.\nEnglish Communication Requirement\nCandidates must have strong English communication skills, with a minimum expected level of C1.\nYou must be able to communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in both written and spoken English, as this position requires frequent communication with tenants, technicians, vendors, property managers, and internal team members.\nAn English proficiency test result is not required when submitting your application. However, proof of English proficiency may be requested during the hiring process.\nEnglish communication skills will also be evaluated throughout the screening and interview process. Candidates who do not meet our required level of English communication may not be considered for the position.\nResponsibilities\nCoordinate maintenance requests from residents and property managers.\nDispatch technicians and vendors efficiently.\nSchedule repairs and follow up to ensure timely completion.\nTrack work orders and update their status.\nMaintain accurate records in the CRM.\nManage and update spreadsheets used for maintenance tracking.\nCommunicate professionally with tenants, technicians, vendors, and internal team members.\nPrioritize urgent maintenance issues and keep all stakeholders informed.\nFollow up on outstanding maintenance requests and ensure proper documentation.\nEnsure maintenance tasks are completed on time and documented properly.\n\nQualifications\nAppFolio experience is REQUIRED and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
