Remote.\nWhat you'd actually do:\nPlan and execute marketing campaigns across email, social, and other channels, thinking through audience, timing, and goals, not just posting content.\nOwn SEO for our websites and content: keyword research, on-page optimization, meta titles and descriptions, internal linking, and monitoring rankings.\nWrite and edit marketing copy: emails, ads, landing pages, social captions, blog posts, all with SEO best practices in mind.\nManage and grow our social media presence with a strategic content calendar tied to actual business goals (leads, brand awareness, retention), not just \"keeping the feed active.\"\nTrack campaign and SEO performance (rankings, organic traffic, open rates, engagement, click throughs, conversions) and report back on what's working.\nSupport email marketing: building sequences, segmenting lists, monitoring deliverability and performance.\nResearch competitors, industry trends, and audience insights to inform strategy, including competitor SEO and keyword gaps.\nCoordinate with designers, freelancers, or other team members on marketing assets.\nHelp maintain brand consistency across all our companies and channels.\nAssist with website and landing page updates focused on SEO best practices.\nWhat we expect: \nYou think like a marketer first. You can explain why a campaign or SEO decision should work, not just execute a checklist.\nYou're proactive: you flag what's not working and suggest better approaches without being asked.\nYou write clean, persuasive, SEO friendly copy in English.\nYou're organized and can manage multiple campaigns and projects at once without things slipping.\nYou communicate clearly and reliably, especially across time zones.\nYou take ownership.
