However, at this time, we are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in the Philippines.Applications from outside the Philippines will not be considered.\nKey Responsibilities\nEstablish and maintain project document control systems\nManage drawing registers, RFIs, transmittals, and document revisions\nTrack change orders from request through approval\nMaintain project schedules and monitor milestones\nPrepare weekly project status reports for senior leadership\nCoordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors\nTrack project risks, action items, and follow-ups\nSupport procurement and contractor coordination\nMaintain organized lender-ready project files\nAssist with reporting across multiple active power generation projects\nRequired Qualifications\nApplicants musthave:\nMinimum 3+ yearsof project management or project coordination experience\nExperience supporting construction, EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or power generation projects\nStrong understanding of:Document Control\nChange Orders\nRFIs\nSubmittals\nSchedule Tracking\nProject Reporting\n\nExcellent written and verbal English\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision\nRequired Certifications\nApplicants must have at least 2 of the following 5 certifications or recognized formal training credentials:\nPMP - Project Management Professional\nPrimavera P6 - Project Scheduling/Planning Certification or Training\nProcore Certification\nAconex Certification or Training\nCAPM - Certified Associate in Project Management\nA minimum of 2 certifications is required to apply.Candidates with 3 or more relevant certifications will be strongly preferred.\nCertifications must be relevant to the candidate's actual experience in project management, construction, EPC, engineering, or project controls. Certifications do notreplace the requirement for 3+ years of hands-on project management or project coordination experiencein construction, EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or power generation projects.\nApplicants may be asked to provide proof of certification or training during the hiring process.\nPreferred Qualifications\nStrong preference will be given to candidates with experience in:\nPower Plant Projects\nRICE Plants\nEPC Contractors\nEnergy Infrastructure\nMechanical or Electrical Engineering\nPrimavera P6\nMicrosoft Project\nProcore\nAconex\nBluebeam\nAdditional certifications such as PRINCE2or CAPMare a plus. Relevant hands-on project experience remains highly important.\nEnglish Communication Requirement\nStrong English communication skills are required for this position.\nApplicants must have a minimum English proficiency level of B2, with C1 strongly preferred.\nAn English proficiency test result may not be required at the initial application stage.
