You will lead discovery alongside Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other Designers, translating insights and complex customer workflows into clear, intuitive product experiences.\nOur Product Designers are closely involved throughout the product development process. You will work directly with some of the world’s leading advertisers, contribute to AI-native experiences, and help evolve our design system so teams can build consistent, high-quality experiences at scale.\nWhat You Will Do\nShape the direction of our product experience by identifying high-impact opportunities, clarifying complex problem spaces, and translating ambiguity into actionable product direction.\n\nLead design work from discovery through delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping, high-fidelity design, validation, and collaboration with engineering during implementation.\n\nWork directly with customers to understand their workflows, validate problems and concepts, and test product experiences.\n\nPartner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Researchers, and leadership to align around customer needs, product direction, and shared outcomes.\n\nDesign intuitive products and features that help customers discover value quickly and accomplish complex advertising workflows effectively.\n\nContribute to cohesive end-to-end experiences across the Smartly platform, including AI-native product experiences and our design system.\n\nMentor and coach other designers, sharing expertise and helping strengthen design practices across the team.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For\nStrong experience designing complex digital products, with the ability to lead the design process from identifying opportunities through implementation.\n\nExperience turning ambiguous customer and business problems into clear product experiences and actionable design direction.\n\nStrong product discovery skills, including customer interviews, UX research, prototyping, validation, and close collaboration with Product Management.\n\nAbility to communicate design rationale clearly and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Research, and leadership.\n\nExperience designing sophisticated workflows while making products intuitive to discover and learn.\n\nExperience in marketing technology or advertising technology is beneficial.\n\nExperience with front-end development, AI-assisted development tools, or prototyping through code is beneficial.\n\nAbility and willingness to work from our Polanco, Mexico City office at least three days per week.\n\nWhat We Offer You\nAt Smartly, we offer a place where you can advance your career.
