You’ll own the end-to-end delivery process, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure everything runs smoothly, from first brief to final optimization.\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting the dots, solving problems proactively, and making things happen in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nIn this role, you will:\nOwn and drive the end-to-end campaign delivery process, from briefing and production to QA, launch, and reporting/optimization\nOversee resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization across projects\nCollaborate daily with internal teams including Production, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), and other stakeholders\nEnsure all activities follow best practices and standard operating procedures\nManage timelines and turnaround times (TAT), proactively flagging risks or delays to CSMs\nLead communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout project delivery\nConduct quality checks to ensure all creative outputs meet standards prior to final delivery\nPartner with CSMs to build campaign structures (e.g., decision trees) and ensure alignment between media and creative strategies\nFacilitate and establish efficient workflows and procedures\nValidate that proposed creative strategies are feasible and delivered efficiently\nContribute to ideation using industry and platform knowledge\nSupport ongoing campaign optimization based on performance insights\nWhat We’re Looking For\nWe’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, client-facing environment.\nYou’ll be a great fit if you:\nHave 3+ years of experience in project management within digital advertising\nAre a strong communicator: clear, confident, and able to navigate complex stakeholder conversations\nKnowledgeable in creating project timelines with respect to the SLAs and client requirements\nCan balance multiple priorities and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-moving environment\nAre comfortable coordinating cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, QA, creatives)\nHave a sharp eye for detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work\nAre solutions-oriented and confident in managing expectations, even in challenging situations\nAre highly organized, self-driven, and proactive in your approach to work\nHave working knowledge of Google Workspace, including basic Google Sheets formulas\nBring a positive, team-first mindset and enjoy collaborating with others\nAre flexible to work across global shifts (UK, EMEA, APAC, US, AU)\nAbout Smartly\nSmartly is the AI-powered advertising technology company transforming ad experiences for brands and their consumers.
