Recruiting Operations Associate

About the Role

We’re looking for a Recruiting Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our global recruiting team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing their skills within Recruiting Operations.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate interview scheduling across global teams and time zones
• Maintain candidate and interview data in Greenhouse
• Support recruiters and hiring teams throughout the interview process
• Ensure recruiting records and candidate information are accurate and up to date
• Monitor scheduling requests and help ensure service-level expectations are met
• Support recruiting reporting, documentation, and other operational projects
• Identify opportunities to make recruiting processes more efficient
• Deliver a positive and consistent experience for candidates and interviewers

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, HR, or a related role
• Experience with Greenhouse or another Applicant Tracking System; Greenhouse preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, in a global business environment
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
• Comfortable collaborating with teams across different regions and time zones
• Interest in recruiting operations, systems, and process improvement

Nice to Have

• Experience with interview scheduling or candidate coordination
• Experience supporting a global or distributed team
• Familiarity with recruiting reporting or process documentation
