It saves time through automation and, most importantly, optimizes campaigns based on performance.\nAbout the Team and the Role:\nSmartly helps advertisers run digital advertising across social media, programmatic, and connected TV. We help marketers get better performance and work more efficiently.\nAs a Product Manager at Smartly, you own product areas end to end: discovery, vision, roadmap, backlog, and go-to-market. You work with large advertisers, advertising platforms, the engineers who build the product, and other Smartly product teams. What you learn from customers should show up in the roadmap, the launch plan, and weekly priorities.\nYou will be part of the Media Platform group. We build the shared capabilities the channels run on: campaign management, budget optimization, automated triggers, catalog management, and more. That is how marketers get better results while simultaneously doing less manual work.\nYour main product is Smartly's Triggers. We are building the next generation of Triggers with a foundation that can carry all of Smartly's media optimizations as we grow. You are accountable for whether Triggers help marketers with real business problems: stronger performance, less busywork. Your first tasks include launching the closed alpha with a handful of selected customers, staying close to them, and learning how it compares with current Triggers. We already have a roadmap for what we think should come after that closed alpha. What you hear from customers, and what you then envision, should change that view.\nOn the Media Platform team, you will also own other related product areas and help set the direction of the platform. The exact mix can shift as the team and the company find better ways to create value.\nAs a Senior Product Manager, you will:\nStay close to customers and gain deep insights to define product priorities and problems to solve\nLead discovery, including user research and prototype testing\nWork closely with your engineering team, owning the product roadmap and prioritize feature development\nCollaborate with other teams and align related product visions\nWork with engineers, channel PMs, large advertisers, and advertising platforms so platform capabilities land in real advertiser workflows\nDevelop go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and demand \nConduct client workshops and presentations to showcase product capabilities \nManage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment of strategy and execution\nWhat we're looking for:\n5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS\nExperience working across functions without needing a lead title to get alignment\nProven track record of leading high-impact products and driving user or revenue growth \nStrong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration \nExpertise in launching successful software products and features \nBackground in a technically complex domain, such as digital advertising, and willingness to get fluent in that domain\nProficiency in data analysis and handling large datasets\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a related field\nAbility to work from the Helsinki office at least 3 days per week\nExcellent English, and willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet internal teams, partners, and customers.\nAbout Smartly\nSmartly is the AI-powered advertising technology company transforming ad experiences for brands and their consumers.
