executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines within budget.\nEffectively contributing to the project management process, including, but not limited to: Project Plan Development, information accordingly to respective team members.\nProviding all necessary feedback during project lifecycle.\nManaging transactions with customers and coordinating internal team\nEngage with customer stakeholders to understand their business and technical goals for using SmartMessage, building credible relationships throughout the customer organization, from senior staff to SmartMessage end users.\nCollaborate with internal technical resources to empower and train customers to use SmartMessage's platform and powerful features as efficiently as possible.\nEffectively deliver engaging enablement training and workshops.\nWhere required, tailor 1:1 onsite and remote onboardings to meet client needs and exceed expectations.\nWe are looking for a passionate talent professional who has;\nA Bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.\nProven experience in software project management and software development.\nTheoretical and practical software project management knowledge\nSignificant project management experience and/or formal certifications (PMP, PMgP, Agile, Prince2 etc)\nProven leadership skills\nStrong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks;\nFluent English communication skills\nScrum experience is a plus\n3 years+ managing complex enterprise implementation projects across multiple senior client stakeholders at a SaaS company or similar\nSoftware Project management experience, dealing with large and complex implementations within highly matrixed organizations\nStrong problem solving skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities\nJoin our
