business domains.\nGovernance, Security & Compliance\nAdhere to enterprise data governance, security, and privacy policies.\nEnsure solutions meet data quality, auditability, and lineage requirements.\nRequirements\nExperience\n3~5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Analytics Engineering, or a related field.\nGood Japanese speaking skill (N2+)\nHands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines.\nExperience integrating data from multiple source systems, including databases, files, APIs, and enterprise applications.\nExperience implementing data transformation, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation processes.\nExperience working with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures.\nExperience supporting data quality, master data, or data governance initiatives in a business environment.\nTechnical Skills\nRequired\nAdvanced SQL development and query optimization\nPython for data engineering and automation\nAzure Data Factory (ADF) or equivalent orchestration platform\nSnowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse technologies\nData modeling and data transformation design\nGit-based source control and version management\nCI/CD concepts and deployment practices\nExperience developing and troubleshooting ETL/ELT processes\nExperience working with structured and semi-structured data formats (CSV, JSON, XML, Parquet, etc.)\nPreferred\nREST API integration and data ingestion\nMaster Data Management and reference data management\nData matching, survivorship, and reconciliation techniques\nData quality frameworks, monitoring, and exception reporting\nExperience with Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise business applications\nExperience working with Agile delivery teams\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams with Business Systems Analysts, Data Stewards, Architects, and
