Ability to manage teams on a day-to-day basis with a minimum of 50 people. \n– Ability to assess and manage risks at a project/organizational level.\n– Strong understanding of project management principals. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.\n– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.\n– Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams. Experience in mentoring team members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\n– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
