administration and performance tuning\n\nHands-on integration experience with Oracle RIB, SOA Suite, OSB, JMS/AQ or equivalent\n\nSolid understanding of integration patterns (pub/sub, file-based, REST/SOAP APIs) and data formats (XML, JSON, CSV)\n\nStrong Linux/Unix skills with Shell scripting; Python is a plus\n\nExperience with monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Grafana, NMON)\n\nStrong analytical thinking and the ability to handle production issues calmly under pressure\n\nGood English communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders\nPreferred\n\nExperience with Oracle Retail (RMS, RPM, ReSA, ReIM, RWMS, SIM) and batch scheduling with Automic/UC4\n\nFamiliarity with Oracle identity and transfer components (OID, OAM,
