We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead this engagement end-to-end, acting as the key point of contact between the client and the delivery team, and ensuring the project is planned, executed, and delivered to a high standard of quality.\nKey Deliverables & Responsibilities\n1. Project Planning & Delivery:\n– Define project scope, timeline, resource plan and delivery milestones for the mobile app project.\n– Drive day-to-day project execution, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.\n– Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers, and put in place mitigation and escalation plans.\n2. Client & Stakeholder Communication:\n– Act as the primary point of contact with the client, most of whom communicate in English.\n– Run regular status meetings, progress reports and workshops with client stakeholders.\n– Manage client expectations and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivery plans.\n3. Team Management & Coordination:\n– Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (development, QA, BA, design) throughout the project lifecycle.\n– Assign tasks, track progress and support the team in resolving technical and operational issues.\nFoster a collaborative, accountable working culture within the project team.\n4. Quality & Process Management:\n– Apply Agile/Scrum or other suitable methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs and releases.\n– Oversee requirement traceability, change management, and UAT sign-off before go-live.\n– Ensure project documentation (plans, reports, minutes) is complete and up to date.\n5.
