We identify problems and opportunities, lead change, champion continuous improvements, design for adaptability and clarity, and equip leaders and individual contributors with data and insights.\nExamples of what we do:\nDesign and implement feedback loops to identify improvement opportunities\nScale successful experiments across the organization\nIdentify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in existing processes\nLead change management and oversee the adoption of processes and practices\nSupport planning processes in collaboration with the Product Operations team\nCoach leaders and teams on flow management, throughput optimization, and capacity planning; Enable consistency via playbooks, templates, and tooling\nPartner with senior management and executives on organizational design to maximize R&D goal attainment, clarity, ownership, and efficiency\nPartner with Data Operations, Internal Engineering, Product Operations, and other functions to ensure accurate, real-time visibility into delivery metrics\nTwo Ways to make impact:\nDepending on your background and strengths, you will lean into one of two stances needed by our team:\n Program Execution (Lead): Focused on structural alignment, systems thinking, and process design. You will tackle complex operational challenges: such as execution metrics, tool consolidation, and release management. This role requires an analytical mindset to break down complex problems, navigate organizational intricacies, and build alignment across Engineering, Product, Business, and Executive needs. \n Delivery Coaching (Senior): Focused on change management, agile flow, and cross-functional dynamics.
