And we're looking for people who want to work in a collaborative and fun environment to fuel our next wave of innovation.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nCollaborate with teams to translate business and data needs into requirements for solutions development.\nImprove business and manufacturing processes through scripting, automation, and software enhancements.\nIntegrate ERP systems with third-party applications to support reliable data processing and delivery.\nSupport system implementations, upgrades, testing, and ongoing maintenance.\nTroubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors to deliver system improvements.\nMaintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides.\nManage user access, roles, and permissions to support security and compliance.\nMonitor system performance and audit data integrity, recommending improvements as needed.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical, data-driven approach.\nExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in testing and documentation.\nA diploma or degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field-or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application support, or IT solutions development.\nExperience gathering business requirements, mapping processes, and translating operational needs into technical solutions.\nHands-on experience supporting and configuring ERP or other business systems.\nWorking knowledge of SQL and relational databases, including data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.\nExperience in software development and the software development life cycle (SDLC), with practical programming or scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or a similar language.\nExperience working with APIs, system integrations, and automated data processing, including testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.\nExperience testing changes, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining clear technical documentation.\nA working understanding of IT support, user access controls, and information security practices.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.\nExperience with NetSuite, SuiteScript, Power BI, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 considered an asset.\nWORKING AT SMG\nGrowth creates opportunity, and we’re investing in the workplace, technology, and talent that will shape our future.
