As part of a skilled team, you will work together to meet daily targets. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will use soldering irons, test fixtures and automation equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Experience with electrical assemblies and surface mount technology is an asset.\nHOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT\nAssemble and wire electronic components with precision, ensuring high-quality and accurate assembly.\nInterpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to meet strict quality standards.\nUtilize fabrication skills with soldering irons and machinery to produce high-quality assemblies efficiently.\nPerform tasks independently, maintaining productivity and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\nVisually inspect product to ensure high quality standards are maintained.\nWork effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.\nApply knowledge of electrical assemblies to enhance product functionality and reliability.\nContribute a strong work ethic and self-motivation, taking initiative and working with minimal supervision to drive results.\nWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE\nAssemble components accurately and consistently to meet quality standards.\nFollow blueprints and specifications with precision.\nUse of soldering irons safely and efficiently.\nMaintain high productivity with minimal supervision.\nMeet daily production targets without compromising quality.\nSupport a positive, team-oriented environment through clear communication and collaboration.\nProactively identify and report issues to maintain smooth workflow.\nContribute to continuous improvement by bringing to light new ideas.\nWHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE\nExperience with soldering and electronic components.\nExcellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills for precise assembly.\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections and quality control.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.\nStrong communication skills for collaboration and issue reporting.\nExperience with electrical assemblies considered an asset.\nExperience with surface mount technology is considered an asset.\nKnowledge of IPC standards is considered an asset.\nTHE BENEFITS OF BEING PART OF OUR TEAM\nWe believe that a healthy, supported team is key to our success.
