You'll reimagine a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and equips them with the cultural and organizational knowledge to succeed from the start. This role is also responsible for Smartsheet's career development story, building tools like IDP templates, development pathways, and career development courses that help employees see and build a meaningful future at Smartsheet. Throughout, you'll partner closely across the business to make sure our culture is felt in every corner of the company.\nYou will report to the Director of Talent Management. This role is based in our Bellevue office.\nYou Will:\nDesign and launch a comprehensive onboarding program that welcomes new hires and equips them with the cultural and organizational knowledge to succeed from day one, fostering genuine connection and community from the start in our global, distributed company.\nOwn and continuously evolve onboarding as a living program, using data (onboarding survey results, time-to-productivity, and other signals) to identify what's working and iterate accordingly.\nBuild Smartsheet's career development story through consistent and scalable programming, surfacing IDP templates, development pathways, and career development courses.\nFacilitate live sessions and workshops across Talent Development programs serving as a trusted facilitator for the broader team\nPartner broadly across the business to ensure onboarding, career development, and connected programs stay aligned with business needs company-wide.\nYou Have:\n5+ years in talent development, organizational development, or HR program design, with experience launching enterprise-wide programs from the ground up\nExperience designing and delivering onboarding programs at an enterprise level\nExperience building career development frameworks (IDPs, career pathways, related coursework) for a full organization\nComfort managing a phased roadmap, shifting focus as one program matures and the next begins\nCurrent US Perks & Benefits:\nEmployer subsidized medical/vision and dental coverage for full-time employees\n401k Match to help you save for your future (50% of your contribution up to the first 6% of your eligible pay)\nMonthly stipend to support your work and productivity\nFlexible Time Away Program, plus Sick Time Off\nUS employees are automatically covered under Smartsheet-sponsored life insurance, short-term, and long-term disability plans\nUS employees receive 12 paid holidays per year\nUp to 24 weeks of Parental Leave\nPersonal paid Volunteer Day to support our community\nOpportunities for professional growth and development including access to Udemy online courses\nCompany Funded Perks, including a counseling membership, local retail discounts, and your own personal Smartsheet account\nTeleworking options from any registered location in the U.S. (role specific)\nSmartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location.
