That’s because we offer the support of a global organisation but empower our people to take responsibility at store level.\nHow you’ll make a difference\nWe expect that our Sales Specialist help deliver a memorable retail experience by:\nDeliver a welcoming, simple and intuitive experience in a predominantly self-service and technology led environment and guide customers in using in-store technology and digital touchpoints when support is needed\nSupport all transactions through the cashless payment journey and escalate technical or process issues promptly\nAct as the day-to-day on-site contact for SAP employees and relevant VF stakeholders regarding the store experience\nOpen, operate and close the store in accordance with VF procedures and local requirements\nPlan and prioritize daily activities independently, maintaining reliable coverage and a customer-ready environment\nObserve customer behaviors and identify practical opportunities to improve product presentation, service and conversion. Propose the right product recommendation through active listening\nMaintain awareness of relevant store performance indicators and share clear operational insights with the Retail Manager\nFollow stock handling, loss-prevention and product-control procedures\nExecute visual merchandising and product presentation in line with brand and campaign guidance\nWhat makes you the perfect Sales Specialist?\nPrevious experience as a Sales Specialist, Senior Sales Associate, Supervisor or in a comparable customer-facing retail role\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, organize priorities and take ownership of day-to-day execution\nGenuine interest in retail technology, digital tools and innovation, with confidence learning new systems\nStrong customer-service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technology in a clear and approachable way\nGood operational discipline, attention to detail and comfort completing routine reporting and administrative tasks\nAbility to troubleshoot basic issues, remain calm when processes or technology do not work as expected, and escalate appropriately\nFlexibility to adapt to a changing pop-up environment, pilots and evolving ways of working.\nFluent German and good working English\nOn top of this, we expect that you will live and demonstrate our Guiding Principles: Live with Integrity, Act Courageously, Be Curious, Act with Empathy, and Persevere.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nWe offer comprehensive benefits that encourage mental, physical and financial well-being for all VF associates.
